Portrait
Session Fee
$25.00
Your portrait session fee is a one-time production charge to be paid at the time that your are photographed. This fee includes from one to five clothing changes. Approx. studio production time for five clothing changes is 60 minutes. Additional clothing changes are $10.00 each. More than 3 people is a session are $10.00 each and group break-outs are $10.00 each.
Portraits produced by SouthWest Photographics are color-matched and retouched for light blemishes at no charge. Lengthy retouching to repair bruises, sunburn, or scars is susceptible to additional charges. Minor eyeglass glare can be removed.
Payment
A payment of 50% of the total order balance is required at
the time any order is placed. The remaining balance is due
upon the completion and reception of your order. No part of
any order will be delivered without full payment. Payment
plans are available.
Copyright
All of the photographic works produced by SouthWest
Photographics are copyright protected. Any reproduction of
proof originals, portraits, or volume orders by anyone other
the SouthWest Photographics is prohibited by federal law and
prevented by your integrity. We do not sign copyright
release forms.
Proof
Originals
Your Proof Originals are available for
purchase with a portrait order total of at least $100.00.
Proof Orginals are available at a discounted price with the
purchase of certain Portrait Collections. Proof Originals
are regularly priced at $10.00 each. Proof Originals as a
complete set are $5.00 each. Our Proof Originals do not
leave the studio at any time, or for any reason, without
being purchased first.
